Wrench Wizards Terms and Conditions

2. Service Description:
Wrench Wizards provides mobile mechanic services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement, at your designated location within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation:
- Appointments must be scheduled through our website or by phone.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment:
- Payment is due upon completion of services.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- You agree to pay the full amount as quoted, including any applicable taxes and fees.
- We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee if we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Parts and Warranty:
- We use high-quality parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications.
- We provide a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
- Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and require proof of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Wrench Wizards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions or issues not identified during our inspection.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.
- You must ensure a safe and accessible location for our mechanic to perform the service.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals for us to perform the service at your designated location.
8. Safety:
Our mechanics will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety during the service. You must keep a safe distance from the work area and follow any instructions provided by our mechanic. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by your failure to follow safety instructions.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Florida.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
